"Working for one of the largest mining operations in a state the size of Nevada, I am sure you can image when we talk about remote offices, we mean remote. Of course we keep a pretty standard corporate IT structure with a help desk and a full time staff of 5 that support our approximately 200 users. Our network is composed primarily of Dell desktops and Dell laptops with the majority of the units in the 2 to 3 year old range.
